Diana holds a Diplom degree as a social scientist and is currently completing her doctoral thesis on “Social networks of migrants and their children” at the University of Bamberg.

Wagner were appointed as members of the research group “Genetic and Social Causes of Life Chances” at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research (ZiF) at the University of Bielefeld (2015 and 2016).
